Business Analyst/Project Manager

As a Technical Business Analyst at our dynamic team, you will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, and project management. Your strategic thinking ability will be crucial in analyzing technical requirements and translating them into effective business solutions that promote growth and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing lead generation strategies, engaging potential clients through various channels, tracking and reporting on lead generation metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract and convert leads. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, managing client relationships from initial engagement to project delivery, and conducting regular client meetings to review project progress. In terms of project handling, you will define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, develop detailed project plans, monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements. Your technical analysis skills will be put to use in analyzing business and technical requirements, conducting feasibility studies, preparing detailed documentation of system requirements and processes, and ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals and strategies. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, proven experience in lead generation and client handling, strong project management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in using project management tools, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time and paid time off. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday.
