Job Summary:

Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Prepare project scope, timelines, user stories, and wireframes.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and budgets.
• Track progress and conduct regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct UAT sessions and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Continuously improve processes for business analysis and project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a similar BA/PM role in a tech or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Figma, and MS Office Suite.

Good to Have:

• Experience in eCommerce, ERP, or CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Magento, or Shopify.
• Certifications like CBAP, PMP, or Scrum Master are a plus.
