Job Description

Required Skills:

JLPT N3/N2 or above certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers.
Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing or Maintenance projects.
Working experience in Life Insurance domain.
Ability to effectively coordinate with Product Owner and manage product backlog, Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams.
Proven requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
Experience in customer management, policy admin, claims, and/or operations within insurance IT.
Familiarity with agile delivery models.
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills (multicultural, distributed teams).
Actively involved in Application transition and stabilization phases.
