Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at our NOIDA office with 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, you will be instrumental in defining business requirements, optimizing workflows, and driving product enhancements. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that the platform effectively meets customer needs. Your responsibilities will include working with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders to define and document business requirements, conducting gap analysis, translating business needs into user stories, workflows, and functional requirements. You will also gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product features, support UI/UX teams in designing user-friendly workflows and interfaces, and assist in implementing AI-driven automation features to streamline workflows. Additionally, you will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate product functionalities, identify and document issues for resolution by developers, act as a liaison between business teams, engineering, QA, and operations, and create and maintain internal documentation for newly implemented features and processes. The ideal candidate will have basic familiarity with AI-driven automation, a strong understanding of business process automation, API integrations, and workflow optimization, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field is required.
