We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to lead requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design across technology initiatives. The role involves partnering with business and technology teams to translate needs into functional specifications, ensuring effective delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to capture and analyze requirement
s.
Document business processes, workflows, and functional specificatio
ns.
Drive workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT supp
ort.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of expectat
ions.
Contribute to solution design and process improve
ments.
Lead and mentor junior BAs as appl
icable.
Specializations (as pe
r role):
UiPath (RPA): Experience in automation workflows, UiPath process analysis, and identifying automation oppor
tunities.
Guidewire BA: Strong knowledge of Guidewire (Policy Center / Billing Center / Claims Center / Forms) with insurance domain e
xperience.
General BA: Strong expertise in requirements management, functional documentation, and business proce
ss mapping.
Skills & C
ompetencies:
Proven track record in business analysis and stakeholde
r management.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
