This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership across multiple hospitals in the Chennai region, supporting strategic execution, performance tracking, and business coordination.
Ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and people
Collate, analyze, and track clinical, operational, and business metrics
Support planning, execution, and follow-up of strategic initiatives
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews
Liaise with unit CEOs, department heads, and support teams for updates and escalations
Monitor the implementation of key programs and identify gaps or opportunities
Contribute to special projects focused on growth, quality, or cost efficiency.
Strong in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Keen interest in hospital strategy, systems thinking, or quality improvement
Willingness to learn and travel across multiple hospitals
Prior exposure to hospital administration or analytics is a plus, not a must
