5-10 yrs of experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. · Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · This role requires good client-facing skills. · Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the alternative asset and capital market with a focus on Private Credit and Private Equity Fund Operations. · Proficient in the basics of SQL for data analysis. · Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. · Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in fund accounting and reporting. · A good knowledge of any ALM tool like JIRA, Rally, Azure Boards etc. · Should be able to work with distributed teams in Agile development environment.
