Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Your insights will help shape the direction of our clients' projects, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
