Role: Business Analyst

Experience Level: 2-3 years

Looking for a Business Analyst who will act as the interface between product and technical teams. He will be responsible for gathering requirements, writing user stories, analyzing processes, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet stakeholder objectives.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Knowledge of business processes and IT systems
Excellent documentation skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, SQL etc.will be an added advantage
The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Self motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
