Job Description

Hiring

Business Analysts

to analyze requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and ensure smooth communication between the teams.

Salary

: INR 5,00,000

Responsibilities

Understand and document business requirements effectively.
Assist in creating project documentation like Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Conduct basic analysis such as GAP, SWOT, and risk analysis under guidance.
Participate in testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure system quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Learn and apply concepts of workflows and UML diagrams (Use case, Activity, and sequence diagrams).
Closely work with the development team to meet end-user requirements.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) under supervision.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
