Role Overview:

The SAP Hybris eCommerce Business Analyst will drive the successful delivery of consulting engagements by working closely with client stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional delivery teams. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, modeling eCommerce processes, managing product data, defining test scripts, and ensuring high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews (one-on-one or group) to gather functional, technical, and business requirements.
• Analyze and document eCommerce system requirements and business processes that are cost-effective and aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance on Omni-channel topics including product catalog modeling, inventory management, B2B customer management, promotions, and cross-channel commerce.
• Develop user requirements, functional and technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams.
• Track, communicate, and manage changes in requirements, design, and priorities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve business or system issues.
• Collect, manipulate, and load product catalog data into the eCommerce system; identify data gaps. (Project dependent)
• Conduct system demonstrations and provide training to client business users.
• Develop test plans, write manual/automated test scripts, and define acceptance criteria to ensure quality deliverables. (Project dependent)

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing

  SAP Hybris Commerce

  .
• Strong general IT business analysis experience in the

  eCommerce domain

  .
• Understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines independently.
• Experience with global service delivery models.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
