We Are Hiring – Business Analyst (Sales) Location: Indra Complex, Faridabad Industry: Manufacturing Experience Required: 3-4 years in the same domain Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience and interview) Gender Preference: Female candidates only Job Role & Responsibilities: We are looking for a Business Analyst – Sales with a strong analytical approach and a passion for supporting business growth through insightful data analysis. The selected candidate will work closely with the sales and leadership teams to evaluate performance, identify business opportunities, and contribute to strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports. Create sales forecasts and assist in planning and budgeting. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and monitor execution. Prepare visual presentations and dashboards for internal use. Track competitor activity and market developments. Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Sales Analyst, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Attention to detail and the ability to work with large sets of data. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
