Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to serve as a critical link between the sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will collect, organize, and analyze data from both teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of insights to support strategic decision-making. This role is instrumental in building a bridge between sales and marketing, enabling informed strategies and improved collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Collection and Consolidation: a. Collect and validate data from sales and marketing teams, including campaign performance, lead generation, and sales conversion metrics. b. Maintain centralized, accurate, and up-to-date databases for all sales and marketing-related data. 2. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: a. Develop and maintain dashboards to track sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and ROI metrics. b. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to provide actionable insights to leadership. 3. Trend Analysis: a. Analyze trends in sales performance and marketing campaigns to identify key drivers of success or areas for improvement. b. Provide insights to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives. 4. Collaboration and Communication: a. Act as the primary point of contact between sales and marketing teams to ensure data sharing and operational transparency. b. Support the teams in setting KPIs and aligning objectives. 5. Process Improvement: a. Identify inefficiencies in data collection and reporting processes and implement solutions to improve workflow. b. Ensure all stakeholders are using standardized and efficient reporting formats. 6. Market Research and Insights: a. Support market research efforts by consolidating competitor data, customer behavior insights, and market trends. b. Assist in designing and analyzing customer feedback surveys to improve sales and marketing strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM). Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Basic understanding of marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools. Basic understanding of Python or any other programming language Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Understanding of sales and marketing KPIs and metrics. Other Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
