We’re Hiring – Business Analyst (Retail Domain) | Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze
business requirements
for SAP solutions in the
retail industry
.
Act as a liaison between
business stakeholders and technical teams
.
Prepare
functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
.
Support
system design, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities
.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend scalable
SAP-based retail solutions
.
Collaborate with SAP consultants to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Provide
ongoing support and enhancements
post-implementation.

Must-Haves

Minimum
6+ years of experience
as a Business Analyst.
Strong background in
SAP requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
.
Prior experience in the
Retail domain
(mandatory).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of
Agile / Scrum methodologies
.
Candidates must be
local to Delhi NCR
and comfortable with
onsite (WFO) work
.
