Job Title: Business Analyst – Digital Marketing Agency

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst in our Digital Marketing Agency, you will bridge the gap between clients, marketing teams, and management by analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to improve campaigns and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from clients and internal teams.
• Analyze digital marketing campaign performance (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads) to provide actionable insights.
• Identify market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, strategists, and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance presentations for clients and management.
• Monitor KPIs, ROI, and budget utilization across marketing channels.
• Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into marketing strategies.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel/Sheets, and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Knowledge of project management and business process mapping.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, IT, or related field.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in digital marketing is preferred.
• Certification in Business Analysis / Digital Marketing Analytics is a plus.
