Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore

Grade: C1

Notice period : Immediate or 30 days

Generic BA Functional Role - Business Analyst Functional
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit; document; and prioritize business requirements.
Develop and propose solutions that meet business needs; including creating functional specifications document;
process flow diagrams; data lineage etc and working with technical teams to ensure successful implementation
Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to validate that solutions meet business requirements and function as intended; ensuring quality and reliability.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical stakeholders; facilitating clear and effective communication and documentation of requirementsFunctional KnowledgeDomain knowledge in Banking focusing on Risk Management in one or more of the following areas
Credit Risk
Understanding of credit risk process of the Bank including but not limited to credit origination; credit assessment; disbursement; monitoring; collateral management; limit management; portfolio management; stress testing; RWA computation etc.
Market Risk Management of Market risk including limits; VAR computation; counterparty credit risk processes with a strong understanding of Derivatives.
Liquidity Risk .
Understanding of Liquidity risk management process including gap report creation; LCR/NSFR and other liquidity ratio computation
IRRBB - Understanding of Interest rate risk including gap report creation; static and dynamic AML reports; management of interest rate risk including Funds Transfer Pricing
