Job Description Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to ongoing regulatory reporting and tax transformation initiatives, including FATCA, CRS, and VAT-related projects. The ideal candidate should bring a strong background in business analysis, regulatory compliance, and data governance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, document, and map existing business processes and data sources end-to-end. Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret and translate regulatory requirements into clear and actionable business requirements. Contribute to FATCA/CRS and VAT/Tax transformation projects by ensuring regulatory compliance and process optimization. Assess data quality and collaborate on initiatives to enhance data governance and data source integration. Work with cross-functional teams including compliance, finance, technology, and legal. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements. Requirements Key Skills & Experience: 7β10 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within financial services. Proven experience working on FATCA/CRS reporting and VAT/tax transformation projects. Ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory guidance and map this to business processes. Experience handling and analyzing data from a variety of sources, with an eye on improving data quality and governance. Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills. Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks and financial systems is a plus.
