Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in payroll systems to support the seamless migration of payroll data from an existing platform to a new system. This role involves collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational continuity throughout the migration process. Roles and Responsibilities Payroll Data Analysis & Mapping: Collaborate with OSC and GPMS teams to analyze current payroll data structures and define mapping for OSC to GPMS. Ensure that all data fields are accurately translated and validated. Data Cleansing & Transformation: Lead efforts in data cleansing, identifying and rectifying discrepancies, and transforming data to meet the requirements of the new payroll system. System Integration & Testing: Work closely with technical teams to design and execute test cases, ensuring that the new system integrates seamlessly with existing platforms. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of requirements and progress. Training & Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the new payroll system. Provide ongoing support post-migration. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all data migration activities comply with relevant labor laws and data protection regulations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and decisions.
