Job Description

About the Role:

Business Analyst & Quality Analyst (BQA)

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs, User Stories).
Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to align on solutions.
Prepare and execute test plans, cases, and perform UAT.
Identify and track defects; ensure timely resolution.
Support Agile ceremonies and ensure deliverables meet business needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in
business analysis & quality assurance

Knowledge of
SDLC, STLC
, and
Agile/Scrum
.
Hands-on with
JIRA, Confluence, test management tools
.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business or related field (certifications like CBAP, ISTQB are a plus).
