Mandatory Skills

Control Operation:

• Process Management: Running the BAU process for reporting against control metrics.
• Training and Development: Training teams on how to raise changes and comply with controls.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing data to determine compliance and identify trends.
• Software Tools: Working with software tools such as cyber inc pivot tables, power query, and managing data.
• Business Process Improvement: Defining improvements in business processes and training users.
• Reporting and Guidance: Carrying out spot checks, compiling weekly and monthly reports, and creating user-facing guidance.

SDLC Project

• Change Management: Training users on the change process, automation of changes, and improvements in evidence used on changes.
• Standard Operating Procedures: Defining and implementing standard operating procedures for managing test evidence on changes.
• Risk Management: Working with teams across cyber to understand risks associated with applications and implementation of improved testing environments.
• Testing and QA: Assisting with the creation of a professional testing/QA practice and prioritizing teams.

• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
