As a Business Analyst in the Network Service Practice team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of telecommunications solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to analyze business requirements, gather data, and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.

: - Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct extensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging telecom technologies.
- Analyze market data to extract valuable insights and formulate actionable recommendations to fuel CNS practice growth.
- Client Engagement:
- Cultivate strong client relationships to understand their business needs and objectives deeply.
- Collaborate with architects to translate client requirements into technically sound solutions that showcase our capabilities while aligning with their goals.
- Requirements Gathering:
- Utilize effective techniques to elicit and document both business and technical requirements.
- Forge cross-functional partnerships for a comprehensive understanding and successful implementation of client requirements.
- Data Analysis:
- Dive into extensive datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Deliver data-driven reports and recommendations that resonate with key stakeholders.
- Project Support:
- Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure seamless delivery of innovative telecom solutions.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to track progress and proactively mitigate risks.
- Documentation and Presentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation, including project reports, process flowcharts, and detailed business requirement documents.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation skills to convey information and insights to diverse audiences effectively.
Requirements
Qualification & Experience
- Master s degree in business management with an Engineering background
- 60% or equivalent across all educational qualifications
- Prefer at least 24 months of IT firm/Sales experience
- Background in the Telecom industry/Telecom knowledge is preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Understanding the telecommunications industry and technology trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Prior experience in business analysis or consulting roles is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
