Job Description

As a highly skilled Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and documenting requirements, interacting with clients, and driving conversions for actionable projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and subject matter experts to collect, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements. - Developing comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) outlining project scope, objectives, and functional specifications. - Leading and participating in client calls to discuss requirements, clarify project needs, and ensure accurate reflection of client inputs in the BRD and FRD. - Working with sales or account management teams to convert client discussions into actionable projects by defining requirements and showcasing alignment between client needs and project solutions. - Analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and documenting them for stakeholders. - Identifying gaps between current system capabilities and business needs, and proposing effective solutions. - Acting as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and agreement on project requirements. - Collaborating with QA and development teams to validate that the solution meets business and functional requirements. - Managing and documenting changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring timely communication of updates to relevant parties. - Assisting in prioritizing requirements, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of BRD and FRD documents. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on BRD, FRD, client interaction, and project conversion. - Strong documentation skills and experience in requirement gathering and analysis. - Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to lead calls and build relationships with clients. - Experience in transforming client discussions into concrete projects. - Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, or other project management/documentation tools. - Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze complex business processes. - Capability to translate business needs into actionable functional requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance. The work location is in person.,
