Business Analyst (Pre-Sales & Email Marketing)

• Generate and qualify leads using

  Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms

  .
• Execute

  email marketing and automation campaigns

  to nurture leads and drive engagement.
• Maintain and update leads, prospects, and pipeline in

  Salesforce CRM

  .
• Perform

  data mining, data manipulation, and validation

  to build high-quality prospect lists.
• Conduct pre-sales activities including:
• Preparing

  BRD, FRD, SRS, proposals, and RFP responses

  .
• Supporting the sales team in client communication and presentations.
• Gathering and analyzing client requirements.
• Collaborate with the business development team to convert leads into opportunities/projects.
• Track and report the performance of email campaigns, lead generation efforts, and pre-sales activities.

• Proven experience in

  pre-sales, business analysis, and email marketing

  .
• Hands-on with

  Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  data research, mining, and manipulation

  .
• Ability to draft

  business documents (BRD, FRD, proposals, wireframes, flowcharts, etc.)

  .
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
