Key Responsibilities: Business Performance & Forecasting: Analyse sales, inventory, and operational data to identify trends and insights. Prepare business forecasts including monthly, quarterly, and annual projections. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business health and progress. Identify areas of concern and opportunities for growth. Reporting & Review: Prepare monthly business progress cards capturing outlet performance, profitability, and targets. Conduct and document business progression reviews for internal stakeholders. Prepare executive summaries to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
Protected Collaborate with outlet managers and finance teams to gather data and insights. Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyse current market trends affecting the pre-owned car industry. Conduct regular competitive benchmarking to evaluate pricing, promotions, and inventory strategies. Provide actionable recommendations based on market dynamics and competitor activities. Customer Segmentation: By analysing the customer data, Business Analyst can identify distinct customer segments based on demographics, purchase history, and preferences. Marketing channel effectiveness: Business analyst to measure the effectiveness of various marketing channels by tracking KPI s such as conversion rates, click through rates and return on investment (ROI) Business analyst to build stronger relationships with customers data base for driving loyalty program and repeat business.
Presentation & Communication: Develop clear, data-driven presentations for leadership and executive meetings. Communicate insights and findings in a structured and concise manner. Assist in the development of business strategies and action plans. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, BE or a related field (MBA preferred). 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive or retail industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with CRM/DMS or automotive ERP systems is a plus.
