Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst (PHP) with 1–2 years of experience to support existing client projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing functional documentation, and coordinating with PHP development teams to ensure smooth and accurate project delivery.

You will work closely with clients, Project Managers, and developers to convert business needs into clear technical requirements for PHP-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for PHP-based projects.
• Interact with existing clients to understand business workflows and expectations.
• Prepare documentation such as BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate with PHP developers and designers to clarify requirements.
• Assist Project Managers in scope understanding, change requests, and estimations.
• Support QA and UAT by validating delivered features against requirements.
• Participate in client calls, demos, and requirement discussions.
• Help identify enhancements and improvement opportunities for ongoing projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services or software development.
• Basic understanding of PHP technologies (Core PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.).
• Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, APIs.
• Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and technical teams.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Exposure to wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.).
• Understanding of SaaS or CMS-based applications.
• Basic knowledge of QA processes and UAT support.
