Business Analyst

You will be working as a Business Analyst at PENNEP, where your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements for various technology projects. The ideal candidate for this role should have a blend of experience in business analysis and information technology, coupled with exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Your key responsibilities will include interpreting business needs and issues, gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clear and organized documentation, managing project stakeholders, roadmaps, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies, as well as participating in requirements analysis and verification sessions. You will also facilitate meetings, assist implementation and design teams with requirements clarifications, provide demo sessions to project stakeholders, manage client feedback, and create User Guidelines documents. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in project management and agile methodologies, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a good understanding of business structures. Additionally, you should have knowledge of relevant tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office, stakeholder analysis and management skills, excellent documentation skills, basic software and programming knowledge, understanding of databases and networks, and experience in requirements engineering. It would be beneficial if you have experience in UAT testing and optimization tools, familiarity with content management systems (CMS), and the ability to use Atlassian tools and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this full-time position, which may involve a combination of office work and remote work arrangements.,
