You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather information, and synthesize it to provide valuable insights. Roles & Responsibilities Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Analyze the organization's processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Assess the business model and its integration with technology. Research and gather information to understand customer requirements. Define the future state and/or business solution based on the gathered information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Professional & Technical Skills - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Test Automation Strategy, AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for business analysis. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV). This position is based at our Kolkata office.
