About Role:

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Wadala, Mumbai

Role Type: Full-Time

Working days: Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirement gathering meetings with stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionality.
• Prepare detailed functional specification documents based on client and stakeholder briefs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and marketing teams, to ensure the accurate implementation of solutions.
• Work closely with data teams to validate data accuracy and integration across platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Assist in managing project timelines and milestones to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Provide support for system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the rollout of new features.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication.
