About the Role:

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders.
Create detailed
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
and
Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
.
Perform
gap analysis
,
data modeling
, and
process mapping
to identify improvement areas.
Work closely with
product managers, developers, and QA teams
to ensure seamless project delivery.
Support the implementation of
digital transformation initiatives
and process automation.
Conduct
impact analysis
for new business processes and systems.
Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Track key performance metrics and recommend data-driven strategies.
Facilitate workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure compliance with business rules, security, and data governance standards.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of
SDLC
