Job Description Role Description -As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and understanding market trends,user behavior, product, and business performance to drive data-informed decision-making.Your insights and recommendations will contribute to the strategic direction and success of our business. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate withcross-functional teams. Responsibilities Responsibilities Perform data analysis to identify key business and products insights, trends,and opportunities for improvement. Collect, analyze, and interpret user feedback, customer data, and marketresearch to identify user needs and pain points. Collaborate with business, marketing, product managers, designers, anddevelopers to define and refine product requirements, features, roadmaps, sales,and marketing processes. Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, benchmark ourproducts against competitors, and identify areas for differentiation. Generate actionable reports and dashboards to communicate productperformance,metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders. Assist in user testing and usability studies to gather feedback and validateproduct enhancements. Support the product and business teams in conducting A/B tests andexperiments to optimize product features, sales, and marketing functions, and userexperience. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 2 years of experience in business and product analysis, market research, orrelated roles. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data visualization, andusing analytical tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Excel, SQL, Tableau). Solid understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Proficient in gathering and interpreting user feedback, conducting surveys, and analyzing user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in aclear and concise manner. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influence decision-making through data-driven insights. Detail-oriented with a passion for solving problems and improving user experiences. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and usability testing is a plus. Experience in the software or technology industry is preferred.
