Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Directly interact with
clients and stakeholders
to gather and clarify requirements.
Schedule and conduct client meetings.
Create Proposal Document with Time & Cost Estimation and MOM.
Prepare and maintain
BRD, SRS, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams
.
Act as a
bridge between clients, developers, and testers
throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct
requirement analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies
.
Track project requirements, changes, and ensure timely communication with the team.
Suggest improvements for processes, documentation, and workflows.
Coordinate with the dev team for proper handover of the scope.
Track project progress and ensure delivery before the timeline and schedule client demo during development milestones .

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in
IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
.
02 years of experience as a
Business Analyst / Associate BA / Project Coordinator
.
Good understanding of
SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing role).
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with
confidence to work independently
