Job Description

Elicit requirements and assist in defining objectives
Analyse requirements and design solutions to achieve objectives
Write accurate and complete functional specifications
Write user stories
Coordinate Effort estimation of Project requirements per business needs in collaboration with Project team

and will be SPOC for BD team, as required

Write and maintain project documentation, as required
Verify accuracy and completeness of work against acceptance criteria for product upgrades as well as

implementations

Report progress to Sr. Mgmt. and raise issues and risks
Build and maintain excellent relationships and goodwill with clients
Maintain realistic expectations among all parties and stakeholders
Develop, configure, and document existing systems and new product offerings to meet clients needs
Work closely with the Product Manager to fully understand and develop overall project and product

functional requirements.

Coordinate and support joint application discussions; cross functional unit discussions to define business

requirements

Transform ideas into usable, thorough work requirements for designers and the development team
Manage, document, and communicate change in requirement
