As a Business Analyst specializing in Lead to Cash (L2C) processes within the Telecom domain, your role will involve analyzing, planning, and building solutions for the L2C cycle, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving related issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient solutions, improve business operations, processes, and tools, and ensure the smooth management of the end-to-end L2C cycle in telecom operations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and document the Lead to Cash process in the telecom domain, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. - Work with stakeholders to plan, design, and implement solutions that optimize the L2C cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities. - Provide analytical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the L2C cycle, working with cross-functional teams to propose effective solutions. - Engage with internal teams to gather requirements, document processes, and provide recommendations for improvements, ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical teams. - Create and maintain process flow diagrams, requirements documentation, and use case scenarios, as well as document system configurations and functional specifications for system enhancements. - Assist in validating and testing new L2C solutions, coordinate with QA teams, analyze data, and provide regular reports on process performance. - Support project management activities related to L2C projects, track progress, and contribute to ongoing process optimization based on industry best practices. Qualifications Required: - 8-11 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Lead to Cash (L2C) processes in the Telecom domain. - Strong understanding of telecom billing systems, order management, revenue recognition, and collections processes. - Proven ability to identify business requirements, define processes, and translate them into technical solutions. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within the L2C cycle. - Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with business and technical stakeholders. - Expertise in business process modeling tools and documentation, such as Visio and BPMN. - Knowledge of ERP or L2C systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus. - Familiarity with telecom-specific billing solutions, CRM, and financial systems.
