What we are looking for: We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Business Analyst to join

our growing IT team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders,

understanding complex business needs, and driving the successful delivery of digital and IT solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, domain expertise, and experience in leading

enterprise-scale projects.

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: WFO

Responsibilities:

Partner with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to identify business challenges

and opportunities for digital transformation.

Lead the requirement-gathering process through interviews, workshops, and documentation of

high-level and detailed business requirements.

Translate business objectives into functional specifications, user stories, and system design

documentation.

Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, vendors, and third-party

stakeholders.

Drive the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions from ideation to implementation and postdeployment

support.

Conduct impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments to support strategic

decision-making.

Facilitate stakeholder alignment, prioritization sessions, and solution walkthroughs.

Mentor and guide junior business analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives

across the organization.

Assist in defining business cases, KPIs, and success metrics for ongoing and future IT initiatives.

AI & ML Integration Experience integrating AI/ML models into software solutions using Azure

AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, or Azure OpenAI.

Gen AI tools: MS Copilot, Claude AI, Github Copilot

AI based code editors: Windsurf, Cursor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related

field.

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead

role in an IT environment.

Proven experience in enterprise-level IT projects, system integration, cloud platforms, or digital

transformation programs.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, and data querying

(SQL is a plus).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, product

owners, architects, and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile (CSPO, SAFe), or equivalent.

Experience in key domains such as BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, E-commerce, or SaaS.

Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI platforms.

Exposure to DevOps practices or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
