What we are looking for: We are looking for Scrum Master for one of our internal projects. guiding them

through all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).

Drive team performance by helping prioritize tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring the team stays on track

to meet sprint goals. Collaborate closely with product owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders to

ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized based on business needs and technical

requirements.

Years of experience: 4-8 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, guiding them through all Scrum ceremonies (e.g.,

sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).

Drive team performance by helping prioritize tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring the team stays on

track to meet sprint goals.

Collaborate closely with product owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders to ensure that the

product backlog is well-defined and prioritized based on business needs and technical requirements.

Proactively identify and remove roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress, coordinating

with other teams or stakeholders as needed.

Ensure that the team adheres to Agile practices and maintains high-quality standards, including detailed

tracking of velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that the

team has a clear understanding of goals and requirements.

Provide detailed status updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency of project

progress, risks, and timelines.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by identifying opportunities for process

optimization during retrospectives.

AI & ML Integration Experience integrating AI/ML models into software solutions using Azure AI

Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, or Azure OpenAI.

Gen AI tools: MS Copilot, Claude AI, Github Copilot

AI based code editors: Windsurf, Cursor

Skills:

Strong experience as a Scrum Master in technical teams, with a deep understanding of Agile and

Scrum frameworks.

Technical background or strong familiarity with software development, CI/CD, DevOps, or testing

processes.

Proven ability to drive progress, prioritize work, and remove obstacles to ensure the team meets

sprint goals and deadlines.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills to coordinate across development, QA, DevOps, and

other teams.

Detail-oriented with a focus on tracking project status, metrics, and team performance using Agile

tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain team focus on key

objectives.

Expertise in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and maintaining a clear roadmap for the team.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to identify and mitigate risks and issues.

NOTE: Certified scrum master + Any cloud but prefer Azure
