What we are looking for: We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our

agile scrum pod. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with developers, product owners, and

stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions across multiple modalitiesincluding mobile,

web, and cloud-based platforms. You will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle,

from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

Role: Full Stack Developer

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: WFO

Years of experience: 12+ Years

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product owners to understand user stories and acceptance criteria

Design and develop software solutions for mobile (iOS, Android) and web applications using modern

frameworks

Write clean, testable, and efficient code with an emphasis on performance and maintainability

Utilize Generative AI tools for code generation, code review, and test automation

Participate in agile scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Implement unit and integration testing strategies using agentic tools to automate regression testing

Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues across environments

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines including test automation, containerization, and security

scanning

Document technical designs, approaches, and decisions clearly and effectively

Support continuous improvement of development practices and team processes

AI & ML Integration Experience integrating AI/ML models into software solutions using Azure AI

Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, or Azure OpenAI.

Gen AI tools: MS Copilot, Claude AI, Github Copilot

AI based code editors: Windsurf, Cursor

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

12+ years of hands-on development experience with a strong understanding of computer science

fundamentals

Experience with both iOS and Android mobile development

Strong backend experience with Java Spring Boot

Front-end development experience using React

Experience with Docker and containerized application development

Familiarity with scripting and additional programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)

Experience with version control systems such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps

Understanding of CI/CD, unit testing, integration testing, and TDD

Experience working with event-driven architecture and microservices

Agile software development methodology proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with AWS, including EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service)

Experience developing and managing Drupal-based web applications

Experience with additional frameworks or ecosystems (e.g., Angular, Go, MUI)

Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and modern document/vector databases

Development of managed APIs

Microsoft certifications such as AZ-204 or AZ-304

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
