Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

Data Acquisition:

• Collect data from multiple healthcare systems, EHRs, clinical systems, and external data sources.
• Ensure seamless and secure data ingestion into the platform.

Data Integration & Quality:

• Combine, clean, and standardize data from various sources.
• Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain accuracy and consistency.

Master Data Management:

• Manage patient records, provider information, and core healthcare master data.
• Ensure unified and reliable master data across different applications and workflows.

Data Classification & Governance:

• Tag, categorize, and organize healthcare data based on usage requirements.
• Support data governance initiatives, compliance requirements, and metadata management.

Analytics & AI:

• Support analytics initiatives, including statistical modeling, dashboards, and insights generation.
• Assist in building and deploying AI/ML models using the platform's AI Studio capabilities.

App Development Support:

• Enable the creation of custom healthcare applications using the platform.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver modular healthcare apps through the App Marketplace.

AI as BI & Automation:

• Utilize AI as an embedded assistant to enhance analysis, reporting, and workflows.
• Support an agent-first approach for automation of routine tasks and decision support.

Use Case Enablement:

• Help healthcare teams build solutions efficiently without starting from scratch.
• Enable end-to-end use cases such as chronic disease tracking, clinical trial acceleration, pharmacy optimization, early disease detection, and regulatory compliance automation.
