Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing retail distribution network focusing on improving sales in the assigned territory .
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to retail operations, customer behavior, and market trends.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and areas for growth or efficiency improvement.
Support the development and implementation of new business processes, systems, and initiatives.

Requirements:

Candidates must have an MBA degree from IIM .
0 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst/Area Sales Manager/ Sales Executive in the consumer(FMCD,FMCG,FMEG )or retail sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.
Good understanding of retail metrics, supply chain, inventory, pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and finance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of CRM, ERP, or retail management systems
Exposure to consumer analytics, loyalty programs, or e-commerce platforms.
