Responsibilities:

● Support in increasing the operational performance of the Study Abroad Department.

● Analyze data for anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvement in the team

operations.

● Drive systems development and operations process improvements.

● Focus on the demand & supply side of the operations.

● Working with stakeholders: inter and intra teams.

● Complete day to day operational tasks which includes work on in-house tools and CRMs.

● Any other task assigned by the Manager.

Qualification & Skills Required:

 Graduate in any discipline.

 Knowledge of data analysis.

 Enthusiastic and result oriented.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Strong multitasking and time management skills.

 Knowledge of Advanced Excel is a must.
