Business Analyst - Integration

We are looking for Business Analysts - Trainees with strong organizational, management and problem-solving skills. We are seeking a high level of motivation, a self- starter attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision. The ideal candidate will be driving the business requirements for various clients and play a key role in ensuring that our product implementations match client expectations.

The role will provide ample opportunity to work with some of the best blue-chip companies in the Supply Chain domain.

Responsibilities

1. Own integration projects end-to-end from understanding client needs to making sure the integration is live and running smoothly.
2. Work closely with our clients to analyze existing systems and suggest smarter workflows using APIs, automation scripts, or integration platforms.
3. Lead requirement gathering calls with clients and translate their business needs into actionable technical documentation.
4. Design "To-Be" workflows and integration flows that map perfectly to SuperProcures capabilities.
5. Collaborate with solution architects and developers to bring integration designs to life including API mapping, data transformation, and trigger logic.
6. Write functional specifications, guide UAT testing, and ensure data accuracy and smooth handoffs.
7. Deliver training to users and support the change management process.
8. Keep projects on track by assisting the Project Manager with scope definition, planning and coordination.
9. Work across teams delivery, product, tech, and customer success to ensure every implementation delivers value.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent. MBA or post-grad a bonus.
2. 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
3. Hands-on experience working with REST APIs understanding request/response formats (JSON/XML), authentication, etc.
4. Familiarity with integration tools like Postman, Zapier, Boomi etc.
5. Experience working with ERP or logistics platforms (SAP, TMS, etc.) is a huge plus.
6. Strong communication skills both for client interactions and internal collaboration.
7. Willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
