Job Description

We are seeking Business Analysts with strong domain understanding and stakeholder management to drive clarity in requirements and help deliver quality software.

Responsibilities:

Work with business and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements
Convert business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Create process flows and use cases

Must-Have Skills:

Requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD)
Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Miro
Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with APIs and system integration flows
Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Retail
Familiarity with wireframing tools like Figma or Balsamiq
