Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at our company, your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and document them comprehensively. You will conduct analysis to identify gaps between current processes and target state functionality, as well as assist in maintaining the requirements traceability matrix to ensure continuous alignment with programme objectives. Your contribution in fostering a culture of continuous feedback will enable stakeholders to adapt to requirements as necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting and maintaining comprehensive requirement specifications and customisation specifications, as well as ensuring compliance documentation aligns with standards and tracking stakeholder sign-off and acceptance of adaptations.
