Hoztox is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience who wants to work closely with clients, understand their business needs, and help deliver effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and objectives.

• Document business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.

• Support project planning for successful project execution.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend practical solutions.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and other client-facing documentation.

• Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to align stakeholders.

• Participate in testing and validation of solutions to ensure business fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking capability.

• Knowledge of IT solutions, especially POS systems, is a plus.
