Job Description

Business Analysts at iSolve are customer-facing executives that will be a single point of contact for the assigned customer projects at both the customer and iSolve. They will start with scoping (to evaluate), requirement gathering and assist iSolves sales and tech teams from expectation setting to achieving project goals. BAs are often super-enthusiastic, energetic and possess multi-tasking and multi-specialty skills within their domains. In this role you will learn about customers and their expectations. Roles and Responsibility: Experience in creating UML process flow and business requirement document. Good to have exposure in Creating Wireframe and Prototypes Experience in creating use cases and user stories. Experience in validating requirements, planning development activities, standardizing software development process. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and with direct customer. Experience working in Spreadsheets / Database: MS Excel, MS Access (Optional) Experience working in project management tools like Jira, Trello, MS Planner Experience working in SharePoint, MS Teams, Slack, Google meet, Skype. Adoption of standards and best practices for platform & process implementation Formulating milestones and deliverables Ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members and the ability to multitask. Willingness to travel Key Skills: Requirement gathering Business analytics UML - Process flow Wireframing Project Management Oral and written communication skills Good personal computer and business solutions software skills Process analysis, critical thinking, decision making, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work. Presentation skills to interact with management, customers, and team members. Documentation & visualization skills
