Job Description

Technical Skillset:

  • 8+ years of proven working experience in Banking related project management in the IT Software division.
  • Should have a strong knowledge in Dotnet Architecture especially in Banking related project management.
  • Should be well versed as a technical Lead in all aspects of project management.
  • Should be very strong in communicating with the team based on project scope.
  • Experience in software development with Technical Project Manager, .Net CORE, Cloud AWS / AZURE, LINQ, WEB API, Rest API, Angular, MVC, SQL Server technologies.
  • Hands on experience in dot net full stack development.
  • Have good knowledge of latest architecture and other framework of dot net developer.
  • Excellent understanding of PL-SQL programming with high quality database solutions with SQL/Oracle/MongoDB.
  • Frequent code review with the team for following code standards.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedure and functions using PL-SQL
  • Hands on development experience and team management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC /STLC and software development best practices, including coding standards, testing methodologies, and version control
  • Strong problem-solving, risk analysis and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, communicate and understand the requirement or problem statement from clients.
  • Strong understanding of application security and vulnerability testing policy.
  • Expertise in IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud development, software architecture design, DevOps
  • Should have expertise in deep analytical skills.

Role & responsibilities

  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
  • Responsible for leading and managing the engineering team.
  • Develop, assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
  • Strong understanding of various technologies, systems, and software used.
  • Allocate resources and manage project timelines and dependencies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Set clear goals, objectives, and expectations for team members.
  • 9. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • 10. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can improve efficiency, performance, and security.
