Experience:
5-8 Years of relevant industry experience
Skills:
Desktop / Laptop / Printer Support & Network, Firewall, Active Directory, Team Management, Good Communication Skills (written & oral)
Eligibility:
Any Degree / PG
CTC:
30 35K PM

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide a team of engineers, assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative environment.
Technical Direction:
Design and architect software solutions, make key technical decisions (e.g., choosing tools and technologies), and ensure the system s scalability, performance, and security.
Project Management:
Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, plan technical feasibility, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
Code and Quality Assurance:
Review code, enforce coding standards, perform technical reviews of third-party tools, and ensure the final deliverables meet quality standards.
Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve technical issues and risks, and oversee the resolution of bugs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
Documentation:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation is maintained for technical procedures and project progress.
