Job Description

Responsibilities:

Warmly receive and assist guests, devotees, and visitors with check-in and check-out formalities.
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and inquiries (in person, phone, or email).
Maintain accurate guest records and billing details.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently.
Ensure the reception area is always neat, welcoming, and presentable.
Provide information about temple programs, darshan timings, and facilities.
Uphold ISKCON s values and culture in guest interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum PUC/+2 or Graduate degree
Experience: 1 2 years in front desk, hospitality, or customer service (freshers with good communication may also apply).
Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (additional languages like Telugu/Tamil a plus).
Skills:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation software preferred).
- Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude.
Should be disciplined, punctual, and aligned with ISKCON s devotional atmosphere
