Job Description

Work closely with Business Unit headin defining strategy for the BU

Responsible & accountable for engineeringexecution and deliveries for customer projects across globe

Work proactively with differentstake holders in the organization for successful execution and projectreporting

Work proactively with HR team forhiring talented and capable engineers to fulfil the business needs

Mentor the teams growth &create a conducive environment in the BU for their success

Support sales team in customerfacing activities, proposal preparation to win business

KeySkills:

12+years of work experience of the following product development and design.

Modelbased software development (using MATLAB/Simulink and automatic codegeneration)

Softwareprogramming experience using C, C++, Java, MATLAB.

Designof the software module

Object-orienteddesign and programming

Testing of the Software

Control and Modeling MATLAB/Simulink, Modelica, Dymola, AMESim, MapleSim, Simulation-X, Adams, orGT-power
Measurement CANApe/CANalyzer by Vector, INCA by ETAS, or ControlDesk/Automation Desk by dSPACE
Auto Code Generation Embedded Coder, or TargetLink by dSPACE
Driving Simulator CarSim, or TruckSim

Basic knowledge of automotiveengineering.

Must be able to manage timeefficiently, respond and take actions timely.

Excellent communication, strategicplanning skills.

Excel, PowerPoint, and presentationskills.

PreferredQualifications

Modeling(in particular, Automotive Engine, Transmission, Vehicle, and other models) Softwaredevelopment in embedded C

Modelbased implementation of the software (via code generation) Design of the software
Testing of the models

Extensive knowledge of automotiveengineering.

5 or more years of experienceworking in engineering service or automotive industry.
