Role Overview

Business Analyst

Information Management (IM) domain

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements in the IM domain.
• Define functional specifications for data governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.
• Document business processes, data flows, and system interactions to support solution design.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and developers to ensure solutions align with business goals and standards.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of IM solutions.
• Promote and drive the adoption of IM standards and best practices across the organization.
  

Requirements

• 6–9 years of total experience, with 3–4 years specifically in Information Management (IM) projects.
• Proven business analysis skills – requirement gathering, process modeling, gap analysis, and documentation.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and Master Data Management (MDM) tools.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehouses, and reporting environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in the banking/financial services domain.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
