Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BusinessAnalyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible foranalyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developingstrategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate willpossess experience in Stock Exchange Trading and Risk Management system, IndianEquity and Derivatives markets, excellent communication abilities, and a deepunderstanding of business operations and IT systems. Key Responsibilities Collaboratewith stakeholders like Product, Development, Operations, Risk, Compliance,Customer Service, Revenue, Vendors etc. to understand their needs and gatherdetailed business requirements. Act as a bridge between Developer and BusinessTeams. Develop anddocument business process models to illustrate current and future states. Propose anddesign technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives. Work with ITand other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align withbusiness goals. Communicatefindings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives. Createdetailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. Participatein testing and validating new systems and processes to meet businessrequirements. Identifyopportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimizationefforts. Responsiblefor Closed User Group (CUG) trading in Live environment and getting the featureimplemented for customers in the live environment. Qualifications Education - MBA - Finance Experience Experience inNSE/BSE Brokers Trading, Risk Management and Backoffice systems Domain expertise Indian Stock Exchanges Equity, Equity Derivatives and Commodity Derivatives 3-6 years experienceas a Business Analyst or in a related role in Indian Stock Brokingindustry Experience in TCSTrading Front and Backoffice will be an added advantage Grade M2/M3
